Seriously?

I NEVER respond to nasty emails that I get from random Internet users, but since I'm currently on hold with a billing department and feeling a touch grouchy, I couldn't help myself.

The email I received:

I’ve only been a customer for a short time but you seem to be a complainer.  Bet you could find something wrong with heaven itself.  I hope your life improves because you must be miserable most of the time.

The email I sent in return:

Really? You are the one who took time out of her day to send me a nasty gram. Did you want to ruin my weekend? Feel smug about yourself? What the heck is wrong with you???
