Weekly Menu - Week of 3/31/2008

Monday: Tonight, the kids and I are on our own for dinner. They are going to be treated to some roasted vegetable risotto, and they better eat it. ;-)
Tuesday: Pasta and Meatballs
Wednesday: Chicken Thighs (maybe in the crockpot?)
Thursday: Pizza Night
Friday: Out to dinner
Saturday: Date Night
